Time tip:

Let yourself cheat.

I have a rubbish memory. I want to remember things, because I do care, but my memory lets me down.

So I set reminders.

If a friend tells me they have a blood test in a fortnight, I’m going to add that to my diary so I send a good luck text.

Some people think this is artificial – cheating.

Why? The emotion is real. I’m just giving my memory a helping hand.
